The Vivaldi Room

jonathan.nickles

Antonio Lucio Vivaldi wrote many compositions for the all-female music ensemble of the Ospedale Della Pietà, a home for abandoned children. Vivaldi’s best-known work is a series of violin concertos known as the Four Seasons. This seems entirely apropos as the room named for Vivaldi envelops our new family in luxurious appointments sufficient to ensure one’s comfort regardless of the season.

The Vivaldi Room is decorated in mint-green and peach with a feminine flair, which is entirely appropriate the more you know about the man for whom the suite has been named. The suite contains a reading chair with television and internet access. The room also has a lovely settee by the window overlooking the downtown of Hazard and Hazard’s famous “Wishing Fountain.”

This room is located just a small distance across the hall from its own private bath which is bathed in luxurious, natural light. The room boasts a Queen Sized Bed with both television and internet and will leave its occupants wishing to stay with us forever.
