Entrust your visit to one of the Appalachian Mountain chain's more charming and peaceful, small-town destinations - Hazard, Kentucky. While in Hazard, you should also take in Hazard's most charming, peaceful, and sumptuously furnished bed and breakfasts.

Join us at Harmony House.

"Harmony House" was first built in 1922 in the Victorian-style of architecture known as, and styled after, similar Victorian structures patterned in what was known, in the day, as the “Queen Anne,” cottage-style. The "Harmony House" boasts spacious, comfortable, and immaculately appointed suits sporting different classic musical themes hearkening back to when Harmony House was home to the Hazard community’s St. Cecelia School of Music.

Stroll about the parlors, curl up with a book around our warm fireplaces, or take your leisure in our sunroom leading out to the outdoor deck and gazebo perfectly punctuating both the manicured landscapes and majestic mountain views. Take your 3-course breakfast in our formal dining room which is sufficiently expansive to host special events outside of nourishing our overnight guests or really anywhere around the facility you choose.

Most importantly, take a respite from modern day hustle and bustle. Step back into a gentler, more peaceful, and simpler time when the Victorians dominated the globe, enjoying influence which expanded as far as the sun sets over the mountains. Sip your morning coffee basking in the brilliance of a mountain sunrise or enjoy our freshly baked breads and pastries while cloaked in the evening beauty of our mountain sunsets.

Either way, we can't wait to welcome you to our
Harmony House.
